He was driving his work truck when a milk truck in the opposite lane flipped
onto him. He
hit an oak tree, bursting his spleen, and went down a steep embankment into
the lake where he drowned. Luckily they were able to save my stepson with
the jaws of life used underwater after nearly two hours. He was then
airlifted to UC Davis.
