smtpauth.flash.net is working fine for me today. I'm migrated, but that
shouldn't matter AFAIK. Keep trying.

flash.net has not been working for me for almost 1 year, and today
sbcglobal.net is not working either. I hope it's something temporay, I can
send email using the web mail but not with Outlook.

I call the support and they made me change the server for sending, they said
that sbcglobal.net will not be working anymore very soon, and for some
custumers is not working anymore. So with the new outgoing server the
problem is solved. outgoing: fmailhost.isp.att.net, and port 465 and the
secure selver SSL must be checked. Now I am able to send again.

Just wondering how come you never migrated over to SBC now AT&T/Yahoo
and avoided these miss-hap's?

In my experience, having so migrated, Yahoo! itself is a major mishap. When
the 'sbcglobal.net' servers stop working, if I can't also use that
'fmailhost.isp.att.net' server, I'll be looking for another ISP.

I like Yahoo's mail service....much better than VZ servers were, but I
know what you mean and where your coming from too! having had a
SBC/Prodigy account myself and using those old SBC servers that
remain...almost forgotten (-:
