I don't really use it except for checking on the results of some of the
spam filters I've set up. However, the recent update convinced me to
change to it from the Classic format since most of the annoying font
size and wrapping problems it had have been fixed.

If you're using the Classic format, you might want to try the new. (You
can always revert if you don't like it.)

Tried it.
Still don't like it.
I use it for a couple email lists and yahoo groups.
Don't like the wasted real estate in message pane.
Message sorting by subject still sucks.
Sorts replies above the original message. Makes reading replies in
sequence tough.

Good points. (BTW, thought I remembered a "clay" from the old sbcglobal
groups when both of us were both posting in a recent Moz thread <g>!)

That was the Yahoo thread in mozilla.support.firefox posted by 'Lou'.
Same clay.
I didn't wander into the sbcglobal groups until just before they went
off the air. Only posted a couple times there...

[dredging up an old thread]

In the Classic format, one can disable spam filters and still flag spam.
The 'New' format does not allow spam flagging unless the spam filter is
enabled.
...gotta love it.
