Free/Discounts for a domain purchase for EarthLink dial-up users?

Does anyone know if existing EarthLink dial-up users can buy a real
domain (pointing to an existing web server/host without a real domain
name -- currently using free ma.cx and dhs.org services) for free or
cheap? I did not see any on its web site, and it seems to be separated
for business side?
