XP - comport, custom baud rate

I made application in delphi5 and I have winXP.
My application use comport. I want setup custom
baud rate = 12000bps. This application is running
on Win98 and it’s ok. If application is running on
WinXP a can’t connect to the comport. What have I
setup in WinXP. Thanks.
