They have announced some experiments they have done, with test speeds up
to 75Mbit. Nothing official as to when they will start implementing it.

since the equipment is already installed for docsis 3.0 it will only probably be a couple months before it is released to the public. The only reason it took so long for the 5/22 and 10/50 to be released is because the equipment had to be updated and changed over.
