If I see the string "X-CAA-SPAM" in the header of my email, does that
it has passed through Comcast's spam detector and been tagged as such?
Or has the header line been introduced somewhere before hitting
Comcast?
What about the "X-Authority-Analysis" line? Is it added by Comcast, and
what is its significance?

I just looked at a few messages in my Screened Mail folder, and they had
that header. Messages in my Inbox didn't. So I suspect that this is
added by the spam filter to tag suspected spam.

Yes. I think it's related to DomainKey or SPF authentity checking.
