Anthony D. Imperiale Jr. Marine veteran, owned roofing company in Newark
Anthony D. Imperiale Jr., 61, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at home in Rockaway, N.J. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at the O'Boyle Funeral Home, 309 Broad St., Bloomfield, N.J., on Friday at 9 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Lucy's Church in Newark, N.J., at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private. Visitation is on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.
Born in Newark, Anthony lived in West Orange, N.J., and the last 24 years in Rockaway. He was a Marine veteran. Anthony was the owner of Anthony Imperiale Roofing Co. of Newark and a member of Band of Brothers Motorcycle Club.
He was the beloved husband of Anna (Massara) Imperiale, and the devoted father of Toni Lynn and her husband, Michael Oates, Danielle, and Valentina and her husband, Anthony Costello. Anthony was son of Margaret Schoen and the late Honorable Senator Anthony M. Imperiale; brother of Audrey, Toni Lynn, Kenneth, Christopher, Michael, and Gerard, and grandfather of Anthony, Giada, Sabrina, Nina and Adriana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his beloved dog, Lucky.
