Hello!
Poor Barney died in February 1969 at age fourty-six of a cerebral
hemorrhage. There were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his
death.

Mystery novel fans will of course know that a cerebral hemorrhage will be
diagnosed if a certain popular medication is followed by alcohol. I don't
recall the details. Certainly in principle it is possible to arrange murder
to look like a cerebral hemorrhage. :^)
