This pretty lengthy piece in the Guardian/USA (prompted by a tearjerking Fresno case) addresses many (but not all) of the technical issues related to incapacitation and organ donation.
While some may opt to place it in the too-long-won't-read category, others may learn at least a thing or two; I certainly did.
