It was reported from Los Angeles, Californai, that Jane Ann Casey, the
mother of Harry Wayne Casey of "KC & The Sunshine Band," died Monday,
February 24, 2003, of complications from diabetes and kidney failure,
at the age of 73.
"My mother loved music and the house was always playing Ray Charles,
The Flamingos and Nancy Wilson," her son, Harry Wayne Casey, also
known as "KC," said Tuesday.
Harry Wayne Casey said he and his band are on a nationwide 30th
anniversary tour. The group is best known for the 1970s hits "Get Down
Tonight" and "Shake Your Booty."
He said his mother entered, and won, numerous dance contests and
recorded radio commercials.

I have seen some obscure obits on here at times, but to actually find and
then post the obit of the mother of Harry Wayne Casey of "KC & The Sunshine
Band", has got to be the most obscure obit of all time.
You are "Da-Man", DGH, noooo doubt about it.
