Interesting list. Perhaps the most shocking was Val Kilmer, who I
always felt was a very underrated actor, but he put on a lot of weight
and IIRC started losing his hair (I think he might have been wearing a
wig in those recent pictures of him with longer hair) since the 90's.
Like Michael Keaton, his career seemingly never recovered from playing
the Batman, but it didn't affect George Clooney's career a bit, and I
doubt it will affect Christian Bale's career. Kilmer, like Michael
Keaton, is one actor I would not mind seeing make a comeback as a
character actor.

Man Who Broke 1,000 Chains," about Robert Burns, who was fictionalized

I remember that, that was an HBO film; that was pretty good. I liked
him in Top Secret too; never imagined he could pull off playing Jim
Morison in The Doors, but I was pleasantly surprised. I guess he just
does a lot of direct to cable or direct to DVD stuff these days, I
haven't seen him act in anything in probably ten years or more, and I
never seen him give a bad performance, and he was good in action
