A few years ago after watching "Safe At Home" for the first time since I saw it when it was new, I tried to find out whatever became of this kid. Granted, I didn't try very hard, but I came up empty. Since I don't want to buy a "premium" subscription to the Telegraph, I still have no idea what he did with the rest of his life.
Starring in a movie with Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris is quite a life highlight, I bet. It was a pretty lousy movie, but it was Mick and Rog with a kid my age. Cool.
