Conan O'Brien noted Bailey's passing at the end of the February 11
edition of "Late Night," and ran a clip of an early-90s episode where
Bill Murray called Bailey up on stage and slapped him for comic
effect. (Doesn't sound funny in that description, I know, but it
really was.)
I do remember that when Bailey retired Conan ran a compilation of
Bailey's appearances in skits on Conan, Dave and SNL.

STORTZ Bailey T., age 65 of Tenafly on February 10, 2009. Beloved son
of the late A. Wayne and Marguerite (nee Fitzmaurice). Dear brother of
Elizabeth Gunther and her husband Milton. Loving uncle of Lisa Hanner,
