Is Larry Hovis Gone? I haven't seen him mentioned here.

As far as I know, Larry hovis is still alive. About a decade ago, he was
involved in a controversy of sorts. He was producing a CANDID CAMERA rip-off,
I think on FOX. It turned out that many of the "candid" subjects were actually
fully staged. I believe Hovis was fired, and the show was cancelled shortly
thereafter.

Larry Hovis is actually on faculty at a universityu/college in Texas. A
room-mate of mine was applying for academic teaching positions last year
and Hovis' name was on one of the letterheads... ain't that a kick?!
