Lenona speaking.

Sorry to get freakish. I know his ashes were scattered over Nancy's grave (by
his mother, without permission of course), which is somewhere in eastern
Pennsylvania, I believe. Any more info?

Legand has it that his mother somehow dropped his ashes at Heathrow
airport and to this day Sid is circulating in the air-conditioning.

A good story.

Not just a good story, but true. John Lydon confirms it in his book. What was
"left" of Sid's ashes were scattered on Nancy's grave. By the way, while not
widely reported, at least not here, Sid's mum died of a drug overdose in late
1997 I think it was. An interesting story appeared on the Sid & Nancy
laserdisc. On the commentary, a guy who was one of the last people to see Sid
& Nancy before the murder, said that Sid was too stoned and wasted to have ever
killed her. He thinks someone else might have came to the apartment, fought
with Nancy and killed her.

Wow. I know Nancy's mom. Just met her a few weeks ago, but never heard
that. She's a pretty together lady.

Maybe Sid was stoned, but he was also pretty stupid too, wasn't he?
Might not have meant to kill her?

Pat!

What a cool blow, and chilly response to this man death!

Actually, he was cremated, and no one knows where his remains are. But
they were allegedly scattered on the grave of his girlfriend (Nancy), at
King David cemetery in Philadelphia.

Isn't this getting a little off-tropic?
