Dorian, who's now 66, has pled not guilty and was still being held at
last report. Her bail was set at $1 million. Police said Dorian had
at first blamed the shooting on a drug dealer. Bruce Rathgeb remains
in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the upper body. TMZ says
he's expected to survive.
Under the names Angela Dorian and Victoria Vetri, Dorian had roles in
more than thirty TV series and flicks between 1962 and 1975. She may
be best remembered for an uncredited bit as the "human form" of Isis
the Cat toward the end of the Star Trek episode "Assignment: Earth."
(That's the one with Gary Seven in it.)
A friend of mine lives in the floor above where the shooting took
place. He says that it's like "Sunset Boulevard".....she'd walk down
Hollywood Blvd. and then come back to the apartment building and tell
everybody, "People recognized me!"

Or she may be best remembered for playing the lead in the sequel to "One Million
Years B.C.", entitled "When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth"...the movie is somewhat
notorious in more recent years because the wrong print was used to produce the
home video version, resulting briefly in a G-rated DVD containing nudity....r

Oh, I think she's going to be known best for her most recent (alleged)
work instead.

That's why she came back into my awareness...I found out that Moon Zero Two had
come out on DVD and when I tried to locate a copy discovered that it had become
an instant collector's item because of the foofaraw about the companion
feature....
I did eventually find a copy, and MZ2 was even sillier than I remembered....
But to Brad Ferguson who thinks Angela/Victoria is better remembered for a quick
Star Trek appearance in which she didn't even have any dialogue, I can say only
"akeeta! necro!"...r
She didn't need no dialogue.
