"I was sorry to discover that Greg Antonacci died six months ago -- there doesn't seem to have been any mention of it in the press. In recent years he probably was best known for his performances on "The Sopranos" and "Boardwalk Empire." He had been a longtime television actor, director and producer. "Dance With Me," for which he was the writer, lead actor and composer of incidental music, opened on Broadway in 1975 and ran for almost a year."

Gregory Gerald Antonacci (February 2, 1947 – September 20, 2017) was an American television actor, director, producer and writer. He is best known for portraying Johnny Torrio in Boardwalk Empire in all of the seasons from 2010 to 2014, and as Phil Leotardo's right-hand man, Butch DeConcini, in The Sopranos, from 2006 to the season finale in 2007.
Antonacci was born in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan. As a director, producer and writer, he worked on a number of television series, namely Busting Loose, Brothers, The Tortellis, Perfect Strangers, The Royal Family, The John Larroquette Show, Herman's Head, It's a Living, Soap, and other series.
As an actor, he is perhaps best known for his roles as Vinnie Morabito on Busting Loose, Tony Manucci on Makin' It, Butch DeConcini on The Sopranos and Johnny Torrio on Boardwalk Empire. In 1976 he played the role of Hector in "A Nun's Story" and "Good Time Girls" the 4th episode of the 1st season, and 8th episode of the 2nd season of the sitcom Laverne & Shirley. In 2013 he also made an uncredited appearance as a New York mobster in the film The Family.
In 1978, Antonacci married actress and Golden Globe nominee Annie Potts, they divorced in 1980. In 1981, he married actress Lynda Costanzo; they have one child.

There are many self-professed Christians who seem to think that because
they believe in Jesus' sacrifice they can reject Jesus' teachings about
how we should treat others. In this country, they show that they reject
Jesus' teachings by voting for Republicans.

Jesus’ teachings have little to do with how you vote. The U.S. spends a Trillion dollars a year on social welfare programs. The money to pay for this comes from taxes that are confiscated from the people that earned it. Jesus did not oppose paying taxes, but he didn’t consider them an act of charity. Caring for others is what you do yourself, not something done by paid bureaucrats.
