Prolific 80-year-old TV producer
passed away Monday in Hawaii
Alfred "Al" Masini, the prolific TV producer who created Star Search,
Entertainment Tonight, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, and Solid
Gold, among many other hit shows, died Monday [Nov 29] in Honolulu, the
Associated Press reports. He was 80.
Masini is survived by his wife Charlyn Honda Masini and his sister
Melba Marvinny.
