I think you mean to say "child actress of the 1940s." Since she was
born in 1933, by the time the 1950s rolled around she was an adult.

I'm not sure to whom you're responding here, since there haven't been
any posts about Connie Marshall in alt.obits since 2006, and that one
had her date of birth as 1933 according to the SSDI. (I think this is
the post to which you're responding.) The IMDb had the 1938 date at
that time, but that has long since been corrected by someone -- you, I
think.
