LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Judy Toll, a writer for several TV series and a
recurring performer on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," has died. She was 44.
Toll died Thursday (May 2) of complications from skin cancer.
Toll worked as a writer on "The Geena Davis Show," "Alright Already" and "Boy
Meets World." She also was a consulting producer for HBO's "Sex and the City."
"She was brutally honest, fearless and hilariously funny -- a unique comedy
voice that was clear as a bell," "Sex and the City" executive producer Michael
Patrick King tells The Hollywood Reporter. The two had known each other since
the 1980s, when both were working as stand-up comics.
Toll is survived by her husband, Rick Trank; her mother, Sandy; sister, Joanne;
brother, Gary; and stepchildren Josh and Emma.

According to the IMDB, she played an HBO executive. At least on the
original Curb Your Enthusiasm Special.
While we're on the subject, when is it coming back?
I am sure we all appreciate your knowledge but the "in threes" is not
restricted to deaths only.
If Kim Cattrall leaves, as rumored, could the death of her career
count as the third?

You're thinking of Judy Gold.
I don't think there's much life left in "Sex and the City." They did
their best last year to make each of the leads as unlikable as
possible, and largely succeeded.
But I will mourn a mighty mourn for "The Sopranos," if it ends this
year.
No, that was her. This is such a terrible loss I'm really surprised
there isn't a national day of morning.

Are you sure, I thought JudyGold was in that other
comedy show. Either way, this is a loss I'm not sure
that we will recover from. I will miss Judy Tole.
