I've asked you this before but I guess you didn't see it. Why do you
post baseball stuff like this in this group with it would be much more
appropriate over in the Cardinals baseball group? As far as I can
tell, no one died, nor was anyone's life in danger.

It was decided many years ago that baseball and Tom Lehrer would
always be on topic in this group. Mind you, I haven't seen many posts
about Tom Lehrer lately.

First, I reject the notion that it is somehow a "rule" that baseball
posts that have no connection to a death or injury are relevant to
this group. Second, why don't you address my questions yourself? Are
you not capable of explaining why you feel the need to make posts
about what is apparently your favorite team here when a much better
forum exists for that subject? I highly doubt that many people here
care what the Cardinals do. If we did, we'd subscribe to the
Cardinals group.

And aside from News' posts about the Cardinals, just how frequently do
you see other people posting about baseball where the posts contain
nothing relevant to obituaries, death, or injury?

Since Roy came along and started disgracing the baseball rule (i.e. GO
CARDINALS!!! OMG I LOVE PUJOLS SO MUCH!!!!), it is seldom excercised by
anyone but him.

It has been explained to you that baseball would always be on topic in AO.
If it bothers you, you can either killfilter the posts or move along to
another newsgroup.

Not that you're anywhere close to guessing my correct weight, but I'm
always curious about your habit of exaggerating other people's
physical descriptions while squealing like a stuck pig when any
mentions yours. Is that another symptom of Asperger's or simply your
school sandbox mentality?

LOL. I didn't realize we were all in a contest here...

Yes Bob, the proof of one's identity and self worth is contained in a
Google search. It certainly begins to explain your constant harassment of

Really? So which one of the following symptoms does Roy NOT display?

Some of the more common characteristics of Asperger's Syndrome
include:

* Inability to think in abstract ways (eg: puns, jokes, sarcasm, etc)
* Difficulties in empathising with others
* Problems with understanding another person's point of view
* Problems with controlling feelings such as anger, depression and
anxiety
* Problems with awareness of
* Inability to manage appropriate social conduct
* Delayed understanding of sexual codes of conduct
* A narrow field of interests
* An intense obsession with one or more specific, narrow subjects
* Anger and aggression when things do not happen as they want
* Sensitivity to criticism
* Eccentricity
* Behaviour varies from mildly unusual to quite aggressive and
difficult

What is that, a disease or something?
Sometimes, it happens to preemies because of the lack of oxygen,
and this was over half-a-century ago, when preemies didn't usually survive
when they were that tiny.
I've been told it was a near-miracle I survived at all and wasn't
blind at birth.
I must be here for some reason--such as to annoy you and some
other birdbrains. ;-)

You don't have to accept TdF's stupid-inaccurate line, unless you
want to be labeled that yourself.
I don't act like what he thinks, I just don't process some social
skills as easily as others, due from the preemie condition *or* from a
possible genetic basis, probably from the female parent side, who was a
bona-fide creepy woman.
I'm almost like you--except I'm smarter and my natural strength
is with number processing and mathematics/computers, since it is precise and
not subject to interpretative biases as are the social sciences. ;-D

Since you claim not to be twisting the truth perhaps you can point out
exactly where I've been "whining and begging for support" in this
thread. Then you can answer which one of the Asperger's symptoms Roy
doesn't display on alt.obituaries ... or continue what you do best:

Bob, your problem is you're insecure and take your self worth from your
usenet presence. Usenet for me is nothing more than a larff. Call me

Really. :)

Could it be because:

1. Roy has already mentioned Asperger' In relation to the "defect" he
was born with and has told us the following on various occasions:

QUOTE:

"No, it means it didn't develop as easily or as quickly as it does to

can't tell the difference between those two, they are interchangeable
people.
BTW, I missed being a MENSA member by *thismuch* on the IQ
level.
Also, despite the tendency for many AS people to have physical
clumsiness, I enjoyed athletics such as softball, battleball (aka,
dodgeball), and other sports when in school. I could hit (softball)
very well, I could run in above-average speed, and I could play the OF
(sometimes played at 3b) and made some good catches, although my

not just another one of your cheap shots a simple Google search on my

How isn't it a lie? Whatta ya got Bob, Roy's medical records? How about
a scan and post of your medical degree?

You lie about Roy because he's annoyed you and gotten the better of you.
Big deal. Grow up. You're over 70 years old, Bob. You try to play the

casting aspersions upon yourself.
