You might try the Writers Guild. I see she wrote on a 1966 TV series
called "The Man Who Never Was."
She was a writer on most of the soaps of her day & a Headwriter of
some. She wrote some of the most infamous storylines in soaps in the
60s, 70s & 80s. WGA is a good suggestion, thanks.

What a coincidence; I never saw it.

WRITER REMEMBERED
Pat Faulken Smith, one of daytime's most prolific writers, died last
month reports The Hollywood Reporter. She was 75 years old.
Smith started her career as a playwright, then joined Warner Bros. as
a junior screenwriter, working on such classics as Rebel Without a
Cause and Giant. She moved onto television, working as an executive
story consultant on productions such as The Miracle Worker and Requiem
for a Heavyweight before making her way into the daytime arena.
Smith worked on all three networks, showcasing her talents on Guiding
Light as well as a 12-year stint on Days of Our Lives. Smith's
creation of strong female heroines and romantic tales helped the show
garner several Emmy nominations for outstanding writing during her
tenure. Smith then joined GH as head writer, and was the creative
force behind the controversial Luke and Laura rape storyline in 1979
that ultimately pushed the show to number one in the ratings.
