What on earth possesses anyone to make such postings?

My first reaction was that this had to be another example of the sort
of X-Gen irony/humor that I'm so often so oblivious to, but now I'm
not so sure.

I may be cyber-naive, but from the wording (and location specifics) of
the posting, coupled with that linked photograph, this DOESN'T seem to
be an ironic posting.

Can this guy be serious? I'd be willing to phone the number listed
just to satisfy my curiosity...except I wouldn't want my number in his
records when he ends up in custody for this or that.

It's probably malicious. That address and phone number likely belong
