Dmitry Markov, photographic Putin critic, 41

A vocal Russian supporter of late Putin challenger Alexei Navalny, it's reported that the prominent photographer Markov died at age 41 "coincidentally" the same day as Navalny expired in an Arctic prison, i.e., Friday, February 16th.

Well, coincidences do indeed happen...as does the occasional sad revival of Stalinist best-practice policies.
