As the obit says, she worked under the name Anna Karen. Here's her
picture from Star Trek. She was in an episode called All Our
Yesterdays (the one in which Spock falls in love with Mariette

BTW, there is another actress named Anna Karen. She's had a long
career in British film and TV, and is best known for having been in a
series called On the Buses. She's still with us at 72.
