Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan,born 1948,since 2004 the
Emir of Abu Dhabi and President of the United Arab Emirates,has died
May 13th 2022 according to various sources...he had acceded in 2004
on the death of his father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan,and been
in poor health since a 2014 stroke...he is succeeded as Emir by his
brother Mohammed,and his prompt election as President in 2004 is
expected to be repeated by Mohammed (the informal agreement is that
the Emir of Abu Dhabi is always President and the Emir of Dubai is
Vice President and either also serves as Premier or has another
member of the Dubai family in that position).
The "Burj Khalifa" building,known as "Burj Dubai" under construction,
was named for him on completion in thanks for a financial bailout.

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.
