Travelites visit Cedar Creek, upcoming events, and auction update

could be found in the pool, playing volleyball from time to time or
sunning around the pool or wandering down to the creek.
The daily music was not overly loud as at some parks we've been to.
The dinner at the park was sufficient to satisfy the picky - fried or
baked chicken and the fixin's. Some of us brought our own dinner and
feasted on barbecue and macaroni and cheese.
It was a super day catching up with old friends and visiting with new
ones.
Travelites' next scheduled event will be Friday - Sunday (July 9 - 11)
at Whispering Pines with our annual canoe trip on Saturday. If you
have your own vessel, you can join us for the canoe trip, I just have
to know who you are and other information. Let me know if you're
joining the fun and a registration form can be emailed to you. It's
an easy 7-mile float. At 2:30 on 7/10, we will stop and get ready
for the Guinness World Book record breaking Skinnydip. Some of our
members will participate at Whispering Pines; others will visit Cedar
Creek for the event.
July 24 will find us in Graniteville for our annual Luau, pig pickin',
and hopefully Ham Radio Event. It all begins at 2:30 at Sunair. The
club will be supplying the main course and ask others to bring sides
and desserts. Please RSVP so we have enough food.
August 14th is our Toga party - it will either be at Tega Cay or
Hopkins. We are waiting to find hear.
Have a safe and happy summer. Remember to wear sunscreen and drink
plenty of water.

At the conclusion of the auction that began on May 8th and ends on
September 11th, donations will be made to the Naturist Action
Committee, AANR Education Foundation, American Nudist Research
Library, and Sistercare, a charity for abused women and their
children.
If it doesn't have a name, those folk have requested to not have their
name listed. We have bids from all over the US currently. We do ship,
but you're responsible for those costs.
