DEN HAAG - Premier Mark Rutte heeft een luxe penthouse gekocht in het
Haagse Benoordenhout. Het ligt op een steenworp afstand van paleis Huis
ten Bosch, waar onze koning en koningin gaan wonen.
Het penthouse ligt aan het einde van de Van Alkemadelaan, meldt Bekende
Buren. De bouw is pas in 2019 klaar. In het gebouw zat voorheen de
Octrooiraad, een rijksmonument. Dat wordt nu omgebouwd tot een wooncomplex.
Rutte betaalt voor zijn luxe onderkomen 1.350.000 euro. De
woonoppervlakte bedraagt 200 vierkante meter. Het penthouse heeft een
grote huiskamer, drie grote slaap- en twee badkamers. De premier kan
tevens rekenen op meerdere dakterrassen, met een uitstekend uitzicht op
Den Haag.

Perhaps I am being too judgemental in an extrapolation of a behavioural
characteristic from that which is a *PUTRIDITY* exhibited amongst newsgroup
contributors and needlessly casting it upon the general populace.
But then don’t we judge a tree by it’s fruit?
