I live in Rotterdam I unfortunately I am a client of ABEL telecom, I
HATE them.
- they do not answer emails
- they charge you .5 euro a minute for phone customer service (since
you dial, not since you are connected)
- they keep you waiting when you call customer service for long (my
experience is 26min)
- they have total mess with their book keeping - they want to charge
me for not something that does not apply (good luck with sorthing this
out: they don't reply email and I spent 13 euro on a phone just to
talk to them!!!)
- a letter I sent them strangly did not arrive at them
- I asked to transfer my account to a new address, they confirmed
receiving the fax but failed to do anything about, I waited 3 weeks
just to learn they did not even start moving my connection. I will
need to wait another 3 weeks
