Turkish daily Hurriyet newspaper (30.09.09) reports that the European
Court of Human Rights (ECHR) decided that two Greek brothers named
Ioannis and Evangelos Fokas, who have filed an application to the Court
because Turkey has not accepted them as inheritors of the property of
their family in Turkey, were right. The members of their families were
Turkish citizens of Greek origin.
