Here is your bandoleer of Neo-Tech bullets guaranteed to control every
situation and capture every person in an evolutionary web of endless riches,
non-aging health, and romantic excitements. …Here is your ammunition for
becoming an invisible, indestructible illuminatus.
Introduction
[This Introduction is an extension of the publication, "How to Become an
Invisible Illuminatus" found in "Digital Journey". Indeed, Neo-Tech Bullets
is the logical extension in today's anticivilization for conscious individuals
becoming Illuminati who not only are invisible, but are indestructible.]
During the September 22-24, 2000 "Neo-Tech Happiness Forever Summit"
presented in Las Vegas, Nevada, by Neo-Tech Del la Rosa Communications, Eric
Savage identified that Neo-Tech is the only operating system compatible with
(1) the future, (2) curing aging and death, and (3) commercial biological
immortality. Thus, by nature, Establishment institutions and Authoritarian
leaders must avoid thoughts of Neo-Tech to evade the creative destruction of
their anticivilization. But, none can evade invisible Neo-Tech bullets or
memes that yield Schumpeter-type evolutions toward a business civilization.
Mark Hamilton then identified how the "burdens of life" were (1) the essence
of a lethal anticivilization and (2) the causal agent for the disease of
death. He demonstrated how "super-society stimulations" arising from Neo-Tech
were the ingredients for curing death. And, finally, Dr. John Flint
identified the origins, meanings, and techniques for becoming an invisible
illuminatus. He also demonstrated how science, medicine, and technology cure
biological aging. But, only Neo-Tech via invisible illuminati cures death for
conscious people on planet Earth.
In his "Digital Journey" writings from 1998-2000, Dr. Frank R. Wallace
(FRW) identified that a person gains open-ended increments of power by
flipping an endless array of digital switches. Each of those switches quantum
jump from a unit of anticivilization irrationality and dishonesty to a unit of
business-civilization rationality and honesty. The sum of those tiny digital
switches or units delivers delta power -- a competitive-power differential or
advantage over anticivilization citizens and situations. …From 2000-2002, FRW
will produce a "poker"-type manual titled "Neo-Tech Bullets" for specifically
capturing those delta-power advantages -- countless digital advantages
available to anyone, anywhere on Earth, in every area of life.
When reduced to micro digital units, those advantages become specific,
easy to capture, and readily accumulated. Individuals accumulating those
advantages fade their anticivilization perspectives into business-civilization
perspectives. …Important to note: Focusing on a business civilization does
not imply that to gain the riches and advantages from business dynamics one
must be a businessperson or even involved in business. What one must do,
however, is learn to switch perspectives from dishonest, irrational
anticivilization perspectives to honest, rational universal-business
perspectives.
To understand the source of delta-power advantages, consider the
following: The literature concerning Neo-Tech Physics
(www.neo-tech.com/zonpower/chapter1.html) postulates the smallest,
most-fundamental units of material existence as gravity units, which
constitute all material existence, including vibrating-energy strings and
loops. Gravity units also fill the "void" as a universal ether. By contrast,
non-material existence subsists as consciousness. No other non-material
entity exists in reality. In the material universe, reality must obey the
natural laws of physics. While, in the non-material universe, each conscious
individual has the choice to thrive or fail by obeying or not obeying the
natural laws of consciousness. …An important task of Neo-Tech is to identify
and implement those laws -- laws that operate within a Neo-Tech Constitution
that states, "No person, group of persons, or government may initiate force,
threat of force, or fraud against any individual's self or property".
From 1992 to 2000, Frank R. Wallace authored works of increasingly
wider integrations encompassing reality. Those integrations flanked beyond
the boundaries of Earth's anticivilization. FRW's work now shifts not only to
the previously announced physical proofs of a universal-business civilization,
but shifts from the widest integrations down to the narrowest integration of
consciousness -- down to the smallest, fundamental units of non-material
existence as disclosed by "Neo-Tech Bullets". Those units are the on/off
switches betwixt honesty and dishonesty -- call those smallest information
bits Neo-Tech bullets. A "plus" (+) bullet equals a power-enhancing honesty
unit and a "minus" (-) bullet equals a power-diminishing dishonesty unit.
Once identified, a person can easily flick those switches one-by-one from
minuses to pluses, from anticivilization dishonesties to
Civilization-of-the-Universe honesties. The difference between the sum of
pluses and the sum of minuses is the delta-power advantage. Indeed, anyone
can accumulate large amounts of "plus" (+) units and fire them as bullets into
situations or people to gain those delta-power advantages -- competitive
advantages over the anticivilization and its citizens.
Those invisible bullets are bits of advantageous knowledge that also
act as Neo-Tech memes. Such memes behave as invisible psychological
influences for evolving Earthlings from anticivilization perspectives into
business-civilization perspectives. Indeed, one shoots Neo-Tech memes into
unsuspecting citizens to undercut anticivilization harms while increasing
everyone's life advantages. …Worldwide releases of Neo-Tech memes work to
creatively destroy the anticivilization via the competitive evolution from a
lethal-political civilization yielding loss, aging, and death to an
immortal-business civilization yielding endless riches, non-aging health, and
romantic excitements.
Biting the Neo-Tech Apple of Knowledge
Evolving from the nonconscious bicameral era around 1000 BC, the first
Axial Period (800 BC to 300 BC) of human history brought forth the world
civilizations. That period marked a worldwide awakening of consciousness --
with Confucianism and Taoism in China, with the Upanishads in India, with
Zarathustra in Persia, with Jeremiah and Ezekiel in the Middle East, and with
Thales to Aristotle in Greece. From that period, conscious civilizations
radiated throughout the ancient world. Those civilizations then morphed into
anticivilizations of irrationalities, dishonesties, and mysticisms.
The modern era beginning with the Renaissance in the fifteenth century
was the process of challenging and collapsing, mainly through science, the
guiding dogmas of that Axial Period. Now, today, in the postmodern world, the
ancient guideposts of faith, dogma, and certainty fade toward oblivion,
causing worldwide confusion. That confusion sets the stage for the second
Axial Period -- the Neo-Tech Period that brings forth a rational certainty
that yields a universal business civilization.
On biting the Neo-Tech apple, everything changes: A person starts
disintegrating the irrationalities, dishonesties, and mysticisms of Earth's
anticivilization as he or she moves toward the rationalities, honesties, and
realities of a business civilization. Aristotle's forth-dimensional ethics
survives in the new Axial Period. His final-purpose teleology of
consciousness survives as happiness extending into eternal joy. …Schiller's
and Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" expresses that kind of happiness as the divine
torch within conscious minds.
Neo-Tech Mathematics and Integrations
Analog: The widest-scope integrations = Psychuous/Neo-Tech Discovery
Digital: The narrowest-scope integrations = "Poker"/Neo-Tech Bullets
Mathematics mediates the analog and digital worlds
Mathematics is the narrowest, most specific of integrations. Yet,
mathematics is important to make ever-wider-scope proofs and integrations.
Neo-Tech Bullets is directed at reducing the widest-scope integrations of
Neo-Tech down to the + and - switches of honesty and dishonesty, rationality
and irrationality, mysticism and non-mysticism. Each switch represents the
smallest unit number of conscious existence. Through such reductions, the
hypotheses of Neo-Tech are mathematically demonstrated and then harnessed to
bring forth a universal-business civilization.
From outside today's anticivilization perspectives -- from
universal-business perspectives -- the opposite end of consciousness appears:
First consider that immortality in a lethal anticivilization is an impossible
contradiction. Moreover, upon hypothetically living forever with the "burdens
of life" inherent in an anticivilization, conscious life becomes unbearably
burdensome and boring as identified in the recent writings of Mark Hamilton.
For that reason alone, consciousness withers and eventually vanishes. By
contrast, as the current Neo-Tech literature highlights, in a competitive
universal-business civilization, time becomes ever-more valuable and life
becomes ever-more exciting. Perhaps a distant analogy in an anticivilization
is the intensely competitive demand for time accompanied by the intoxicating
excitements and happy joys experienced by young, start-up entrepreneurs in the
modern Computer/Internet Age. Even more so, the Neo-Tech literature provides
many examples of the limitless riches, non-aging health, and romantic
excitements that inherently rise from a universal-business civilization.
The Laws of Physics vs. the Laws of Consciousness
The material world/the laws of physics
The nonmaterial world/the laws of consciousness
Neo-Tech identifies and then harnesses the laws of physics and consciousness
The fundamental laws of physics control the material nature of
objective reality. Embedded in the laws of physics are the following four
known Universal Constants from which physical reality flows:
1. G = gravitational constant
2. c = velocity of light constant
3. k = Boltzman's constant
4. h = Planck's constant
Einstein's General Relativity encompasses the Laws of Physics: The laws of
physics are invariant in any frame of reference -- they remain the same under
any condition in any place or time in the universe.
The fundamental laws of consciousness control the non-material nature
of subjective reality. Embedded in the laws of consciousness are the
following four Universal Constants from which the natural laws of non-material
reality must flow for consciousness to survive and thrive:
1. S = survival constant
2. r = replication-of-consciousness constant
3. v = knowledge/value-creation constant
4. h = happiness/joy constant
The Neo-Tech Constitution encompasses the Laws of Consciousness: The function
of government is to guarantee those conditions that allow individuals to
fulfill their ultimate purpose of health, prosperity, and happiness. Such a
government requires a constitution that forbids the use of initiatory force,
fraud, or coercion by any person or group against any individual:

The purpose of conscious life is to live happily.

yes exactly, the way to do this is to
identify *what* the Anti-Civilization is.
Part of Objectivist Communication involves
turning abstractions into concrete, or
simply translating a concept into its
objective reality equivalent.
To understand what the AC is,
you must break the Anti Civ. down
into its objective reality equivalents.
Look at what the AC is made of:
1.) Irrational Organizations

3.) Irrational Information
then break this structure down
into sub components of each one.
Irrational Organization are:
a.) religion b.) employment c.) media
These types of organizations develop
cultures that follow certain ways of thought
that are static and unchanging.
AC organizations are not open to growth.
Irrational People are:
a.) Anyone caught in bicameral non-thinking
b.) People that manipulate outside perceptions of reality for personal gain
Conscious people think through control techniques.
Irrational Information
a.) newspapers b.) television c.) radio
Identify how this information is circulated.
Large fragments (not integrated with reality)
link togther forming what appears to be
reality, but is only a small portion of it.
Many of the large fragments are not connected
logically which means that the information
supporting the Anti Civ structure is a combination
of facts and deceptions.
These deceptions when identified allow
one to disengage from the Anti Civ illusion,
and enter into a Prosperous Business Civilization
which is a *concept* that must be turned
into a concrete so that the concept from
your mind becomes a real-life experience.
