SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) The criminal case against a man might be headed
to state court after a federal appeals court upheld the dismissal of a
key charge against him for the 1975 slaying of a fellow American
Indian Movement member.
John Graham pleaded not guilty to federal charges that he killed or
aided and abetted the murder of Annie Mae Aquash on the Pine Ridge
Indian Reservation.
The appeals court ruled Tuesday that prosecutors did not show that
Graham or Aquash was an American Indian, which is required for
jurisdiction.
They both belonged to Canadian tribes.
Two charges are pending against Graham, but prosecutors must still
show that either belonged to a federally recognized tribe. If federal
prosecutors drop those charges, Graham could be tried in state court.
THIS is your chance, Malica! YOU are an enrolled RealIndian™!
Step forward, confess your guilt now, get a federal sentence,
and free two *innocent* men! Become a heroine, a celebrity!
Write manifestos in prison to be published without argument!
Leave out the part about being an informant and falsely
accusing Anna Mae, and say you executed her as your duty,
a Warrior of your people, woman executing woman, to spare
men the shame. Then your loyalty won't be in question.
That's the real issue, right? If you're seen as a turncoat,
your name & memory will be hated forever? You need better?
You'll never have a better chance to earn people's gratitude.
Or pass this up, and show everyone you have NO loyalties.
You're really getting incoherent.
Is this the best the fbi can come up with? How embarrassing for them.
If they can't pin it on me maybe they'll make it an x file and say
space aliens abducted her. Problem is they can't place me at any of
the scenarios they've created. They'll have to come up with a whole
new story line and dump the story that two elves carried to naja for
them. Trimbach will have to hire a hollywood producer like in that
movie, I forget the name. The one where the feds hired the producer to
stage a fake war. The Amerikan public bought it too. Dustin Hoffman
and Robert De Niro. That was a good movie. It would be funny if the
fbi had to do that to extricate themselves from the mess they made. I
guess I should be honored that I am such a threat that fizzle has been
sent to take me out. ROTFLMAO!
Oh sure, monica... and you just happened to crosspost to a newsgroup
with an fbi agent waiting on standby for your inevitable appearance? I
mean... isn't it just *possible* that ordinary people would see there
is something *not quite right* and even self-incriminating about your
behavior?
He may not have the 'scenario' exactly right, but the notion that your
wild unsubstantiated accusations are saying something about *your*
covert actions does not seem off base. Not at all.
ROTFLMAO. Would you be happier if I posted my Tribe's fried bread
recipe daisy mae? I still think you're a sleeper. Awakened to try to
save two elves butt. He's not salvagable. The fbi is going to dump
him. He screwed up good.
> You're really getting incoherent.
I sympathize. It must be hard for you, going through life
mixing up words like that. A remedial English course, or
books on building a better vocabulary, might help fix it.
"Incoherent" does *not* mean "something I disagree with"
or even just "something I find hard to understand", but
I can see where you might confuse it with one of those,
especially if you've been listening to Rush Limbaugh.
However, I don't intend to make your problems my problems,
so... please seek your remedial instruction *elsewhere*.
> Is this the best the fbi can come up with?
I wouldn't know. *Last* time you were firmly insisting
it was the seashepherd-wiccans. Make up your mind!
Or are they all in the same Vast Conspiracy together?
