anyway...
Boy do I remember those times, Good times and hard times both...That's why

This story was recounted by only 1 person, before a Senate subcommitte
and has been proven false. It does not occur in any of the media
stories of the day, nor in the FBI reports nor do vets like Aaron, Jim,
razor, kills and others know of this that you attribute to DJ. SO if
you are not that individual who testafied and who could be expected to
jump on this or Bobby C. Who loves to attack DJ at every opportunity
even if its unmitigated nonsense that simply discredits the movement.

I don't want a part of who is right or who is wrong on this issue, but I

Don, asserting or even suggesting that the identity of someone is a
reason to dicredit them, regardless of other circumstances, is a logical
fallacy. Bias is a legitimate reason for concern and may even be the
single deciding factor in assesing what has occured, however bias may
not neccesarily exclude truth. For example A witnesses B commitiing a
murder. A has never liked B and would do just about anything to see B
hung. Yet B really did commit the murder. A testifies to the fact that B
committed a murder. A is telling the truth in this case. A is telling
the truth regardless of A's hatred of B.
So regardles of bias truth has been told.
Now to put this into context. Don alludes that if someone works for the
federal government their word is biased. If their word is biased they
cannot have any truth.
"The whole world is out to get me" Just because you're paranoid doesn't
mean they aren't out to get you.

14 years of law enforcement. I *know* the Feds..of all agencies. And
the truth I know is .. their words are biased. I know I will get heat
for this. Please take note that this is the last I will write of this
for I do not care to nor will I indulge anyone's ego here. This is a
truth I know....if you believe it or are at least more careful, then I
have performed a service. For those that do not believe what I say,
that is your right. But for me, I know them and I would not trust
them. I am for the innocent *whoever* that may be.
Before I end this I would like to clarify one other thing. 99% of law
enforcements actions are not evil. In their minds, they see themselves
as "protectors" of the common good. But they also believe that no one
but themselves knows "what is best". So they "rearrange the facts".
Hence, in my mind, they do come out to get you. They dont see this as
bad. I do. MY suggestions if confronted? NEVER NEVER NEVER give a
statement. Even if you are 110% in the right. Get a lawyer. If picked
up, simply state your name and address then ask for an attorney and then
shut up. Anything after that "can and will be used against you" :)

in my distrust of the government, but I do believe what you say does
occur. There are instances, even though I can't quantify them, that the
police do distort facts and even lie. Sometimes to protect their own
hinie and sometimes they believe the result will be the right one
regardless of the means.
