Malica Charnel is a corpse-woman walking.
She'll tell you she's human. Well, maybe she *was*.
The worms dropping, fat, from her bones are more human.
What force moves her now? Oh, it must give you pause.

Malice, cold malice, it's sheer rotting malice,
For no living thing could hold evil so fell!
At her stench, vultures vomit and fly away swiftly!
The long-rotted corpse called Malica Charnel!

Bless'd is the village her foot never stepp'd in,
Bless'd is the child who her face never saw,
Bless'd is the house that her shadow's not leapt in,
And bless'd be the people that ne'er took her law!

Malice, cold malice, it's sheer rotting malice,
For no living thing could hold evil so fell!
At her stench, vultures vomit and fly away swiftly!
The long-rotted corpse called Malica Charnel!

Long lasts the night while this evil stays walking,
Long waits the day when it's put to the rest.
Good folk must fight to defend the defenseless,
Evil remains to put them to the test.

Malice, cold malice, it's sheer rotting malice,
For no living thing could hold evil so fell!
At her stench, vultures vomit and fly away swiftly!
The long-rotted corpse called Malica Charnel!

A note on the Verse

In some ways it's Poetic Justice, a metaphor: she's behaved
ghoulishly, why not portray her as an Undead Ghoul? -- but, in some
ways, it's utterly serious: whatever she was 35 years ago, she isn't
any more. She betrayed all that, long long ago.

Whatever loyalties and ideals resided *here*, in this land and with
these people, were abandoned for the CP, on whose orders she informed
for the FBI, and then to protect herself fingered poor Annie Mae to
her death. All those deaths, all the wounded and imprisoned, all the
ruined lives, and for what? What did it accomplish for the people?
Does she even seem to care, even now?

All she expresses in an unholy glee at learning of death,
anyone's death, and a fascination with learning where the
body is, and its condition. Was it buried or cremated?
<http://tinyurl.com/why-malica-charnel> A ghoul, indeed!

This is no longer a human being, with human sympathies.
It hungers for the death and misery and suffering of others.

But she even betrays in *herself* her ideology:

"Communists want to educate us about the
untrustworthiness of the US government
and the lack of truth of their history.
We wrote the book on that subject."
<http://tinyurl.com/monica-charles-5>

Who else today still believes Communism teaches truth?
Even Gorbachev canceled the Soviet history exams because
there was no point testing people's memorization of lies.

And she still uses the same methodology,
fingering innocent people for thugs to "hit",
now from the safety of RealIndian™ enrollment.

Someone off-Usenet didn't know why the Communist Party
might require its infiltrator of AIM to also become an
FBI informer. This betrayal is just part of CP standard
infiltration doctrine -- act not for the "good" of the
local conspiracy, but for the good of the Party: "flip"
to the State (in this case the FBI) any local leaders
who will NOT become loyal fellow travelers, so that the
local conspiracy comes completely under Party control.

It's an old old story, replayed in many countries over time.

So her reports to the FBI will have incriminated most
the least Communist-friendly, and entirely absolved the
most Communist-friendly AIM leaders, wherever possible,
even if that meant reversing roles between fire and ice.

Just as fingering Annie Mae was ironic but necessary:
to deflect suspicion from herself, she needed a patsy.

So will she grab her getaway bag and flee into the depths of the
Federal Witness Protection Program?

She's had 35 years to consider the possibility of being found out, and
dread the deadly consequences.

(One big reason for her bitter and remorseless ruthlessness, besides
CP indoctrination.)

The Soviet Communists aren't exactly doing big business these days in
protecting or bankrolling former recruits.

She's had ample time to plan alternatives and set up private escape
networks with alternate IDs, or just drive across into Canada and hope
to avoid tracing by using only cash, but eventually money runs out,
and after life as an enrolled RealIndian™ she's got a sweet tooth for
federal money.

Federal Witness Protection offers her that, and can put burly US
Marshals between her and the fear of what happened to Annie Mae (at
her fingering)... but will it let her keep posting to Usenet?
Doubtful.

A dilemma as painful as "O my daughter! O my ducats!" in The Merchant
of Venice.

"O my offline life! O my *online* life!" -- lament of the Merchant of
Malice.

But even better, far better, for much deeper justice than that:
Let Anna Mae get her life back, and *you* be put in her grave....

Let Anna Mae have these past 34 years walking around on Earth,
living and breathing and sharing the company of loved ones....

That will be not just a day, but 34 years, of rejoicing.

Questions Malica *evaded* on the "fizzled flames" thread:

On Jul 27, 1:21 am, Malica <yanowis @ gmail.com> wrote:

> Disinformation, you spin it like a silkworm

Except those fat worms dropping from your bones aren't silkworms.

Oh, all the lies you've told for 35 years, Malica, how they
must haunt you, but you just keep telling more and more --
pointing at everyone you hate or fear and accusing *them*
of being FBI informants, just the way you accused Anna Mae
way back then, the very same accusation, like a record whose
needle is stuck: "That's an FBI plant! That's an FBI plant!"

Why is that? Why the *very same lie* told over all this time?

Is it sheerly hysterical guilt, like trying to wash blood
from your hands, when by now what you're doing is scrubbing
away the skin and *causing* your own blood to cascade over?

Are you trying to *show* everyone that you're the sort of
person who falsely accuses people (like Anna Mae) of being
FBI informants, so everyone realizes you're the one who did?

Or are you just trying to *weaken* the accusation, make it
such a commonplace slur, such a joke, because *everyone's*
been accused of it, that by the time you're finally exposed
as the *real* informant, the enormity of it won't sink in?

Yeah, that might work too. Greenwood would fall for that.

Followup, still from the "fizzled flames" thread:

Y'know, I don't think Malica intends to *answer* these questions!

Dodge, duck, evade, sidestep, equivocate, hedge, cavil, fudge,
pussyfoot, waffle, weave, or weasel, oh yes, but not *answer*.

Wonder where she got such *very good* training in evasion?

She used to be a Party Girl. It was expected of her.

"Don't get pinned down to an answer, you could get caught."

At least the fewer solid answers, the fewer vulnerabilities.

But that's all right, Malica, we both know why you can't face me
or answer my questions -- you haven't the heart, spirit, truth,
life, or innocence to do so; you're a hollow dead shell, and you
would have shuddered and fallen to pieces if you'd tried.

So keep facing fearfully in the opposite direction, never daring
to look at me nor address me directly, it's an admission of guilt
for all to see and hear anyway. Be just what you are, a corpse of
yourself, spirit dead, haunted by guilty memories, eaten by the
worms of useless regret, wasted away inside, rotting, stenching,
beyond pity or mercy or help, an example to all who would follow.

Go on, Corpse Woman Walking, and walk until you can walk no more.

Talk as well, and let your talk also be an example to the world.
Let people hear you and then see what your talk has made of you.

That's a hard one, isn't it? It was 'A' who turned in Banks
and 'B' who turned in Peltier, and you'd think since Malica
was "one of Banks's girls", that would settle it -- but she
was one of Peltier's *supporters*. Does politics trump sex?
Was sex even indeed only a tool in service to the politics?
Do you think we are ever going to get a true answer by her?

I think she was 'A'.

Continued from "POOL: Will Malica Take the Fifth?":

....

But there are questions no-one has even thought to ask, thought to
begin to lay the groundwork to ask, and after 34 years perhaps finally
it is time to begin.

Fingers have been pointed at various male members of AIM as
triggermen, and two are fighting for their freedom after long
imprisonment on charges for Anna Mae's murder.

Counter-accusations have been leveled at the FBI and its COINTELPRO as
"assassins" responsible for killing domestic "resistance movements",
though their motive for killing a young woman suspected of being an
FBI informant is not readily apparent.

But no-one has been looking at suspects of the female gender, even
though the Communist Party had long been training female assassins,
and even the FBI now has female agents fully qualified with weapons.
The bullet that killed Anna Mae was .32 caliber, small enough to be
comfortable for a woman to use. For instance, Betsy Ashby, what
caliber is *your* concealed-carry?

It would have been a traumatic experience, wouldn't it, Malica? It
would have changed you forever. Even though you would have embraced
the "spirit of Anna Mae", waved it like a banner, embraced her ghost
like your bestest friend forEVer, to the amazement of everyone who
knew of your bitter rivalry, it served to dispel suspicions, because
OBviously you didn't HATE her since you LOVE her MEMory so MUCH... few
would be so cynical as to see the hypocrisy, until now, until now,
when everyone starts seeing through you at last, Malica Charnel,
Corpse Woman Walking.

6. Where were you when Anna Mae was killed?

7. Did you see the killing?

8. Did you pull the trigger?

Malica Charnel, aka Monica J. Charles, despite all her melodramatic
poses of martyrdom, remained ***untouched*** while others were being
killed, wounded, or captured and imprisoned.

A charmed life, or one marked out to be left alone because she was a
collaborator? What are the odds?

"Monica Charles... admits in an email to News From Indian Country that
some members of AIM later accuse her of being either informant A or B.
Charles also writes in December 2003 email that she hears 'other
people were killed because they were thought to be A and B.'"

Malica had a huge MOTIVE to accuse someone else of being the
informant, to deflect suspicion from herself and save her own life.

Malica has always had the METHOD, oh yes, she demonstrates her skill
with false accusations every day right here on alt.native, frequently
with the same damn one, "FBI informant!", rolling right off her
fingertips, it must be a hard habit to break after 34 years.

Malica had the OPPORTUNITY... and not only to accuse Anna Mae, but to
do the informing. Poor Anna Mae was a prisoner, under watch all the
time, in no position to call the FBI and turn people in. But nobody
was watching Malica or her phone calls or conversations or passed
notes.

Now if Anna Mae had had a fair hearing on the accusation, she might
have pointed out things like that -- "I *couldn't* have informed, you
knew where I was all the time! What about the people you *weren't*
watching?" -- and the outcome might have been different.

So *anyone else in the world* could have afforded to give Anna Mae a
fair hearing.

Malica was the one person who absolutely could *not*.

Which was why Anna Mae had to die without a hearing.

One shot to the back of the head.

Alone on a reservation road.

With a small-caliber (.32) bullet, easy to manage.

And let anyone else, everyone else, deal with the blame.

Just so it wasn't Malica.

No tough guy would let a woman take the fall anyway.

THIS is your chance, Malica! YOU are an enrolled RealIndian™!

Step forward, confess your guilt now, get a federal sentence,
and free two *innocent* men! Become a heroine, a celebrity!
Write manifestos in prison to be published without argument!

Leave out the part about being an informant and falsely
accusing Anna Mae, and say you executed her as your duty,
a Warrior of your people, woman executing woman, to spare
men the shame. Then your loyalty won't be in question.

That's the real issue, right? If you're seen as a turncoat,

The *damning* detail, Malica, the one that's been
staring everyone in the face for the past 33 years:

A .32 revolver had to be provided to kill Anna Mae.

Not a .38, not a .45, not a .44 Magnum -- too big.

A small caliber, that a woman could handle easily.

As if any of those big burly men couldn't have just
snapped Anna Mae's neck like a twig and been done.

But it was just their job to bring her there, and later
you two girls "went for a walk"....

No wonder Looking Cloud was surprised she was dead.

Now two men's freedoms hang in the balance.

The truth counts. Now, now above all.

If you protect yourself now, then all your claims of
loyalty to your people are shown lies from the start:
you were always for yourself and no-one else ever.

If you confess and set the record straight, two men
go free, you have their gratitude, their families' and
their friends' and their supporters' and their peoples'
and that of everyone who wanted to know the truth
and see justice done -- for them and for Anna Mae.

But *now*, NOW, is the moment. Don't let it pass!
