POLAREK CALLED UPON TO YANK BILL-WHITE CHARTER

Nationalists have called upon Virginia Commonwealth Secretary Janet
Polarek to revoke the corporate-charter of William White, who had used
his Internet-site to defame Nationalists. Nationalists advised
Polarek that "White has been convicted in Roanoke of making various
death-threats by and through his one-man Virginia corporation, which,
also, operated his now-defunct website."

The notice requested that Polarek act "sua sponte," of her own accord,
and that "you use your authority to revoke the charter of this
corporation, for 'ultra vires' activity. Such revocation would be in
the public interest and is proper when what amounts to a government-
license is employed for improper purposes."

Nationalists explained that they were motived by "a desire to provide
the public with as much protection, as possible, against fraud,
misrepresentation and impropriety." White, who received a two-and-a-
half-year sentence, had affixed the head of Richard Barrett on the
body of a stripper, labeling it "pretty." White had, also, posted a
parody, entitled "Nationalist Enquirer," which accused Nationalists of
being "mentally-ill" and "criminals." Nationalists had the website
removed for trademark and copyright infringement.
