Hi,

I am interested in finding English translation of Ugaritic texts
concerning the mythology of Baal, Anat and others. Can anyone recommend
any good site with such texts?

Thanks (in advance)

They used to stash them on a U Penn server. But Lilinah biti-

The internet archive site stores some of the old pages
that were at Brandeis at:

go to the Aqhat, Baal, and Keret links for excerpts
from Pritchard's Ancient Near Eastern Texts Relating
to the Old Testament.

My own Canaanite/Ugaritic Mythology FAQ has summaries
of what the individual deities do within the Ugaritic
myths at:

But I'd recommend heading to the library and finding
a copy of John C. L. Gibson's Canaanite Myths and Legends.

Thanks, Chris.

I will tried to see if I can find this Gibson's book. Though, I didn't
have much luck at the State Library, nor the local ones, but I'll keep
trying.
