Like all oriental dragons, the Korean dragon is kinda neutral. If its
purposes (and those who try to motivate them) are noble, then
they are usually the same. If an emperor or sorcerer is able to
motivate one to evil purposes, then the dragon will be equally so,
though traditionally easier to defeat, especially by a noble hero.
Makes for a great tale, especially with a powerful amulet. anybody
who has more, please add.
Love,
Papa John
