Winamp won't open

After years of working flawlessly I'm having the following problems with
Winamp:
Winamp:
Won't open first time. I have to try again.
Have to wait a minute or more for it to open.
It used to take less than a second to open. No viruses or trojans on the
computer.
I've searched the net and have read possible solutions, but nothing working.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Winamp several times, but nothing. I
don't have Sony Back Burner to the best of my knowlege.

OK, I noticed that malwarebytes has removed fakealert trojan. But I still
can't get winamp to work well. Any suggestions. I don't know how fakealert
got on there.
