Okay, I'll step forward and fess up that I'm at a loss how to download
these or what to do with them once I do. Would anyone care to educate me?

This sounds like it might be a show known here as "Electric Werewolf in
London," from sometime in '88, IIRC. A similar show from Paris is also in
circulation.

In Outlook Express, select all tracks and then choose "decode & combine"
after a right mouseclick.
