Patrick Moraz vs Florida

While on holiday in Florida earlier this month I grabbed a couple of 4th row seats at the Clearwater ARW show (which was fantastic, btw).
Anyway, one day it occurred to me that I remembered hearing that Patrick Moraz lived in nearby Sarasota and soon found myself wondering if he'd turn up at the ARW gig. With this in mind, I set about Googling things like "Patrick Moraz" and "Sarasota" just to see if I could find any evidence that was still in the area.
This turned up in my search:

Though the details are slim, all things being equal, it has the merit of being a very "Florida" arrest: Taking swings at cops, firefighters, and EMTs is just part of Florida's rich and diverse culture . . .
(and no, I didn't spot him at the show, but of course that doesn't mean he wasn't there)

My bad. I didn't see that the arrest was in August. Any way to follow this case?
