I can see it now...

Keith is settling in behind his drums. Jimmi Hendrix on lead. John Lennon
vocals and rhythym. John Entwistle steps in and plugs in a bass... Now that
would be something else!

what a show!

In fact, the balance has been tipped. The Ox has broken the camel's back,
and the dead now out-talent the living.

Hendrix
Holly
Moon
Lennon
Orbison
Presley
Entwistle
Harrison
Morrison
Joplin
Zappa
Nilsson
Garcia
Cass
A brace of Wilsons
Bonham

... and I'm sure I've missed heaps.

You could make a decent concert out of that lot.

Damn, that could be something crazy... And Keith Richards has looked dead
for the past 20 years.

I'd love if Pete and Roger got together with, say, Paul McCartney, Ringo
Starr, John Paul Jones, maybe Clapton, who else? They could make a wicked
tribute show

You'd need Jack Bruce to even approximate what John did. Of course, Clapton
and Bruce might not be seen in the same place together.

Geddi Lee? Maybe, I dunno.

I doubt Keith is settling into his drum kit - even in heaven...
In heaven he gets to smash it on every song!!!!

God I miss Keith too..... This sucks....

I'd say either Mike Gordon of Phish or Tony Levin would be the closest to
emulating his lead basswork...

Wasn't Ringo's son playing percussion for The Who recently? Is he still?

John is probably borrowing Lynott's bass right now.

Borrow Lynott's bass? Are you kidding? Lynott would be Entwistle's roadie.

Unless, of course, they're going to boil down the graphite Buzzard and send it
up there to him.
