Ah, fuck the sh-sh. We all know what clawgut means. The song is
actually called "The Belvidine" and it comes from the Long Beach Island
Demo, a collection of White Pepper demos and stuff that didn't get used
for the album, "the Belvidine" being one of those tracks. It includes
four or five other WP outtakes and about 5 demos of tracks that made it
onto White Pepper. Unfortunately, the Long Beach Island demos are
supposed to be kept on the down low, mainly cuz the songs that didn't
get onto White Pepper are still in the early process of their
structuring and the band just doesn't want half of the songs for the
next album get out really early or something. So I didn't say anything
if anyone asks.

Here's one thing Mig had to say about this whole situation:

"The long beach island demos is a really sorry example of our
work tapes getting out there. i heard about it once before and felt really
betrayed, but i guess that's the price we pay for encouraging people to
circulate our music. it's hard to draw a line between when it's uncool or
not." .....

And Gener said this to a Gooweenfan....

"Pete, That Cdr. you have was stolen from my house and bootlegged without my
knowledge. It's too late to stop it from being circulated but I'd appreciate
it if you wouldn't copy it or trade it on. Those songs were from a tape of
outtakes that weren't on the record for a reason....So, enjoy what you have
but remember the Boognish is breathing poopy air down the back of your neck
every time you hit "play". Peace mang. -Gener"

SO YOU NO AT
