The Vancouver ad (Tickets on sale saturday july 21 b.t.w.) notes a
certain record company affiliation which is not elektra. What is up with
that. Is it accurate i.e. have Ween signed with someone? If so, is it
supposed to be secret for now?

I didn't want to just blurt it out if it is true but still unnanounced
by the band, nor did I want to start a wild rumour if it was false.

I would appreciate direction on this one.

Does it say Restless records?? That's the company that owns the rights to
GWS (and are doing the re-release). Ween is not signed to Restless though.

If not Restless, who?? (it's ok, you can tell us, just whisper in our ear)

BTW, to whomever asked, the tentative release date for GWS is Aug. 11th. I
don't think they'll make that date (their legal department is still d*cking
around with the artwork), but it will be around mid August.

There will not be vinyl at first. But we are working on that ... if you're a
vinyl aficionado, keep in mind that we do want to have everything available
on vinyl eventually.

You going to Girdwood, too? oops, gotta put you on my list.

no, not restless records. I'll e-mail you at the chocodog - still not sure if
this info is accurate, and if so, if its supposed to be public. Wouldn't want to
take the boys' fun away from announcing it.
Mind you the ad also said tickets on sale today, and now it seems it might be
the 28th (from chocodog) the slaves at ticketbastard were clueless.

Girdwood is likely for my wife and I but no assured. Money is covered time might
not be. I am planning to go if there is any possibility.
