opening show of the tour was the bomb - since it's the country
tour they decided to kick it off in Nashville -thank goodness
they've never been here before. They played every song on the
country album except fluffy. They also played Dr. Rock, swing my
dick in the air,Big Jilm,Poop Ship Destroyer,Push th' Little
daisies,Freedom of '76,spinal meningitis, can't put my finger on
it,Mr. will you please help my pony, Is this what Deaner was
talking about and improved a couple jams. They were absolutely
AWESOME - possibly one of the best shows I have ever witnessed.
I met the guys after the show before the got on the bus. They
posed for pics w/ everyone asking, signed all autographs, and
talked w/ everyone. I talked to Gener about the misspelling of
Tennessee on the album credits-which surprisingly was news to
him, about the Beck "Loser" cover - he said it was very good but
couldn't do it live w/ out Andrew Weiss, he also said they
would be playing w/ Beck in San Diego. Deaner said the new
album would be out in Jan. I also turned 21 when I was talking
to them 12:01am and they thought it was the bomb, Gener gave me
a two shot bottle of Jack Daniels and I took a small hit out of
it-then Deaner handed me his Bud and told me to take a sip and
said"that Jack is awful". I then got them to sign the back of
my ID and Gener wrote 21!under his name I also got them to sign
my pod and pure guava cd covers as well as my t-shirt. They
were the BOMB!!!

Wow! That was REALLY cool! Why can't everyone be as cool as the Weeners?
I'm extremely jealous.

Congrats!

Whoa, i missed some of the show, but I definitely heard them play fluffy.
It was the last song they played, as a matter of fact. They put a jam on
the end of it that kicked ass. Also, there was a guy tripping in front of
me who kept yelling at Gener to "git him (Fluffy) back up there (on the
porch)," which i thought was quite funny.

recently I saw a ween show up in princeton, nj It was a quiet event
because I don't think their lable knew they were throwing this free
concert in a random hidden park. anyhow I made there, pretty drunk,
and saw a outrageous show with a bunch of diehard ween locals from
the princeton area. In our area they surprise us with small shows all
the time. the key is surprise, you have to wait for rumors and they
confirm tham some how.

Spread the word of ween!!!!!
