Yeah, unfortunately, some of the songs will no doubt be too "deep" for the
band to resurrect for this tour and you can bet the setlist will total about
18 songs tops. I have no issulsions "Sinner's Swing," "Fools," Drop Dead
Legs" or any pre-1st album unreleased songs will show up in the set. In
fact, a couple of my picks (Light Up The Sky and Full Bug) probably fall in
that catagory too but I gotta hope for something beyond the newest "Best Of"
cd's running order.
My picks based on the criteria that it's only songs from the 6 Roth era
studio albums and the two '96 "BOV1" tunes, realistic picks with maybe a
couple surprises front-loaded with the expected hits in a fairly predictable
running order based on previous tours and a limit of 18 songs for a 1 3/4
hour show is:

I think there's actually a good chance one or both '96 tunes will make the
cut this tour just so Eddie can say "we played something new for the fans."

I don't know... Ed was able to dig up "I'm The One" for the VH 3 tour,
so I don't see why he couldn't do the same for "In A Simple Rhyme"
