COOL SITE OF THE DAY JUST GOT COOLER!

C NOTES INTERACTIVE BUYS COOL SITE OF THE DAY; GIVES SITE A FACELIFT AND
PLANS THE GRANDEST COOL SITE OF THE YEAR AWARDS SHOW.

Chappaqua, NY, June 24, 1998 -- After several months of negotiations, New
York-based C Notes Interactive, Inc. has completed its purchase of Cool
Site of the Day from Norfolk, VA-based InfiNet Company. The announcement
was made by Mike Corso, President and CEO, C Notes Interactive.

Launched in August 1994, Cool Site of the Day is a wildly popular Internet
site that features interesting, provocative, and irreverent web sites from
around the world. Sites are chosen that demonstrate notable strides in
innovation, content, programming and graphics. Corso will serve as the
new Arbiter of Cool and will be responsible for the overall operation of
the Site with help from MadCap Internet Development.

New additions to the Site include Cool Zones--links to the 10 most
essential sites in 15 categories: Cool Music, Cool Books, Cool Sports,
Cool Travel, Cool Stuff, Cool Activism, Cool Audio/Video, Cool Community,
Cool Software, Cool TV, Cool Jobs, Cool Fashion, Cool Cars, Cool Money,
and Cool News. Other enhancements planned for Cool Site of the Day include
the incorporation of News links, and an enhanced Chat and Message board
area. In addition, a deal is in the works with a major search engine to
integrate search capabilities into the Site.

The acquisition of Cool Site of the Day by CNI, a leading Internet
marketing firm, provides the company with a top Internet brand
association, site publishing, a solid traffic base, advertiser
connections, and the Cool Site of the Year Awards Show (widely regarded as
the "Oscars" of the Web). "When the opportunity arose to manage Cool Site
of the Day, I jumped," said Corso. "Everyday, thousands of new sites are
born on the Web; I wanted to be the one to introduce the cream of the crop
to the Internet universe. Of particular interest to us was the chance to
organize the grandest Cool Site of the Year Awards Show."

CNI will position Cool Site of the Day as a user-friendly site with appeal
to both newbies and those on the cutting edge in a way that is simple,
conveniently organized, and enjoyable.

According to Steve Fuschetti, Executive VP of InfiNet Company, "InfiNet's
commitment to focus on our core business lines led to the decision to sell
Cool Site of the Day and Live Online ((http://www.live-online.com) - also
bought by CNI). We wanted to make sure Cool Site of the Day would end up
in the right hands and maintain its position as a popular web
destination. C Notes Interactive was the obvious choice to breathe new
life into an already valuable Internet brand."

Said Corso: "InfiNet did a great job building Cool Site of the Day into a
wonderful service; it's utility and simplicity are what makes this Site a
refreshing stop on the Web." He continued: "Newbies need a guiding hand;
that's why Cool Zones, a major Search Engine, and News links will be
integrated into the Site for the first time. Visitors will treat Cool Site
of the Day as a launching pad but will also return to the site to
participate in the community building that will also be introduced to the
Site."

MAJOR AWARDS SHOW PLANNED

The 1998 Cool Site of the Year Awards Show, scheduled for January 21,
1999, is anticipated to be the biggest and best ever. "It will be a huge
Internet event featuring an engrossing review of the Web's
state-of-the-art," said Corso.

Over 1,000 guests are expected to attend the Awards gala for an evening of
great music, great food, special surprises, and an entertaining awards
presentation. This year's event will benefit from a far reaching
marketing and PR blitz that will include radio advertising, cross
promotions with a variety of Web sites, and grand prize contests and
giveaways.

CNI was advised on this transaction by Peter Fields of Phillips Nizer
Benjamin Krim & Ballon LLP (http://www.phillipsnizer.com/bio-fields.htm).

Advertising sales will be handled by 2CAN Media, the largest site-focused,
brand-focused advertising representation company in the industry
(http://www.2canmedia.com).
