Hello,

I am wondering what your estimated value is for a King 2B Liberty
trombone.

In detail, the bell of the trombone is marked King 2B Liberty made by
H.N. White Co Cleveland, OH. It is in its orginal case (alligator
skin?) with its orginal mouthpiece. The serial number is 299092. My
step-father purchased this horn new about 1950.

The horn is in very good, perhaps excellent condition. There is a
small dent at the "top bow" (sorry, I am not a trombone player) and I
estimate the lacquer to be greater than 95% though it does appear to
have darkened just a bit.

The case too is in very good condition both inside and out, and so is
the
mouthpiece.

I would appreciate any thoughts about what this horn might bring at
auction (Ebay I suppose unless there is a better place to sell used
trombones).

Sincerely,
