Ok I'm new here (just started posting today) so if I happened to have missed a
post about this please forgive me. Okay...

-If you look on page five (that's counting the cover) of the Lateralus booklet
you can find the word "GOD" in the brain.

-The eyes on the guy match up directly with the Chakra system.

-The positioning of the right hand of the figure is in the same position that
I've seen Jesus' right hand in paintings.

Does anyone have any info about the symbol behind the figures head? It's also
located (more visibly) around the cheek area on page four of the Lateralus
booklet.

something to do with sacred geometry i imagine. if you dont know what sacred
geometry is, do some searching on the web and youll find a decent amount of
material.

about the smaller image he mentioned, contained in the cheek on one of the
later pages.....is it just me or does it look like there is a little wavy thing
coming out of it, going out of the mouth? its the same color as the pentagon
design and doesnt seem to blend in with the muscles and whatnot. i dont
think its been discussed yet.

If you mean the little wavy white-ish thing between the teeth and the
tounge, I believe that is (are) the teeth from the jawbone on the other
side. Thats just what I personally think.

You mean like the sacred geometry in Drunvalo Melchizedek's "The Ancient Secret
of the Flower of Life" or the sacred geometry in Bob Frissell's "Nothing In
This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are?"

Yeah I've checked them.. I can't find any images that resemble it. Maybe I can
find someone more knowledged in the occult who might be able to pinpoint it's
origin. Perhaps it's an invention of the band?

It's called a "pentagram" the "pentagon" is in Washington D.C.

As for the object projecting towards the opening of the mouth... no it doesn't
appear to have anything to do with the anatomy of the figure. In fact if you
look close enough you'll see "sperm looking objects" around the pentagram..
they look exactly like the object projecting towards the opening in the mouth.

from what i've seen oscillator god is involved somewhat, and seems to be rather
knowledgeable in things concerning magick and sacred geometry. maybe if you
ask him and give him a big chocolate chip cookie he'll try to help :)

wouldn't surprise me, but it seems familiar.

same thing i was thinking. i need to think a little more and hopefully find
out what the pentagram design represents.

You forgot to mention that holding the book up to light backwards looks like
devil horns on the guy's head.

These 5 +1 building blocks within the sphere are called platonic solids. They
are geometric shapes known as tetrahedron, star tetrahedron, cube, octahedron,
icosahedron, and dodecahedron. The "seed within the seed" essence at the core
of the sphere is called the Golden Sacred Spiral. To see these elements within
the sphere, we will need a template to help bring them out of the sphere. An
archaeologist uses a shovel, brush, and screen to sift and sort artifacts from
the dirt. For our purposes we will be using a template called a polar graph as
our screen sifter to lift the geometries (and the spiral) out of the sphere and
a Binary Circle Template to lift (one version) of the holographic fractality of
the sphere. (From http://www.floweroflife.org/spiral05.htm)

Just a hunch?
