TOOL PROMO TOUR
As it now stands, in a few weeks (mid-February) the members of the band
(except for Adam) and their manager will be traveling to parts of
Europe, England, Japan and Australia on a bit of a promo tour, meaning
that they will be meeting with record company people and doing various
interviews with the press in order to promote their new record and
upcoming tours. Although any press releases are usually timed to
coincide with the release of the record, there will undoubtedly be
leaks, so those of you who scour the internet should be on the lookout
around this time. As the others field questions and deal with promo
issues abroad, Adam will remain in Los Angeles to direct the new Tool
video

Nope. It's The Aristocrats.

Definitely not a disney movie.

I don't even know that movie. As a child I had an Aristocats pop up book.
That was cool :).

I've never seen the Aristocats so I am unable to comment, except to say that
the two have absolutely nothing to do with one another. But the AristocRats
is great - although to clarify it's a documentary as opposed to a "regular"
movie. Part of me doesn't want to tell you anything more about it because I
find the thought of someone watching the AristocRats cold (but thinking of
the Aristocats) to be mildly amusing.

Regardless, if you'd like more info, here's a couple clicky things:

From the movie, Cartman (from Southpark) tells his version of the joke:

Perhaps not for everyone, but my depraved sense of humor found the whole
movie to be damn funny. If nothing else, watch it just to see/hear Gilbert
Gottfried's version of the joke.

The disney movie, Aristocats, is one of the only disney movies that I like.
You should see it. But not dubbed because the voices are so important.

Thanks. I'll ask my boyfriend (who has a DVD burner) if he can find,
download and burn it, so we can watch it later :).

Haha, his was my favorite, as well. He has the voice for that joke, i
think. Have you come up with your own version yet? I did while drunk
last night.

His style and voice do seem to lend themselves well to the joke. Although,
the circumstance in which he told the joke and the "in the know" audience
also helped add quite a bit to its humor, I thought.

I haven't tried to make up my own version. Yet.
